Terms of Service

1. The Service

LinkTrack lets you create a public profile page at a custom link (linktrk.io/yourname) where you can share links, customize your page, and add an audio player. Some features require a paid subscription.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information to create an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use LinkTrack.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Free Trial

Premium and Gold plans include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start a trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged for the plan and billing interval you selected, and your subscription will renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again; we don't provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law. Once your subscription ends, your public page becomes unavailable. Your username is held for you for 30 days in case you want to resubscribe and reclaim it; after 30 days it becomes available for another user to claim, and we may delete the associated account data.

4. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you upload (images, audio, links, and profile text). By uploading content, you grant LinkTrack a license to host and display it as part of the Service. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload, and for keeping it lawful, no content that infringes someone else's rights, is illegal, or is hateful, harassing, or fraudulent.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't use LinkTrack to impersonate others, distribute malware, scrape or abuse the Service, or attempt to disrupt it for other users.

6. Termination

You can stop using LinkTrack and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

LinkTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, LinkTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
